不同液压系统如何正确选择使用液压油

根据一些资料统计证明,液压系统产生故障的原因有70%~85%是由于液压油受污染变质而引起的。因为液压系统所用的各种泵、阀类元件,相对运动件之间都有光洁度很高的配合面和精密度很高的配合间隙,有些元件还设有阻尼孔、缝隙式控制阀口,如果油液中混人杂质,将会堵塞这些缝隙、小孔,阻碍油液的运动,破坏液压件的正常工作。如杂质进人阀内,就可能破坏阀芯与阀体的配合面,或卡在它们中间,造成阀的密封不严或动作不灵。如油液中污物过多,将会堵塞滤油器,使系统循环受阻,安阀常常开启,冷却不良,系统温度升高。所以,保持液压系统和液压油的清洁,是维护液压系统的关键。油液污染对系统的危害主要如下:
(1)元件的污染磨损
油液中各种污染物引起元件各种形式的磨损,固体颗粒进入运动副间隙中,对零件表面产生切削磨损或是疲劳磨损。高速液流中的固体颗粒对元件的表面冲击引起冲蚀磨损。油液中的水和油液氧化变质的生成物对元件产生腐蚀作用。此外,系统的油液中的空气引起气蚀,导致元件表面剥蚀和破坏。
(2)元件堵塞与卡紧故障
固体颗粒堵塞液压阀的间隙和孔口,引起阀芯阻塞和卡紧,影响工作性能,甚至导致严重的事故。
(3)加速油液性能的劣化
油液中的水和空气以其热能是油液氧化的主要条件,而油液中的金属微粒对油液的氧化起重要催化作用,此外,油液中的水和悬浮气泡显著降低了运动副间油膜的强度,使润滑性能降低。为此,应做到以下几点:
(1)按说明书的规定,选用合适的液压油。①液压油的种类及精度要求,必须依据液压系统和元件厂家的具体规定和要求;②如果因故使用代用油时,则尽可能满足原牌号油的性能要求;③切忌不同牌号的液压油混合使用。
(2)采用封闭式油箱,在油箱人口处安装具有一定精度的空气滤清器。
(3)在使用过程中,应防止水分、乳化液。灰尘。纤维杂物及其它机械杂物的侵人。
(4)液压油的油量要适当。液压油箱的油量在系统管路和元件充满油后,应保持在规定的油位范围内。
(5)元件、管路和系统在投人使用前,必须进行严格的清洗。
(6)加油时必须严格过滤。经常检查滤油器,发现脏时予以更换。
