3.回转
上车部分的回转是利用一大转矩-通过齿轮、蜗轮减速箱和开式小齿轮(与轮盘上的内齿轮相啮合)驭动转盘旋转而实现的。改变液压系统(小型液压系统、微型液压系统)中的换向阀阀芯的位置就可获得左转、右转和停止三种工况。由于转盘回转速度较低,故不设置马达制动回路。
液压传动的一个特色就是可以很方便的实现过载保护,这就是溢流阀在起作用,它是通过阀口的开启溢流,使系统的压力保持恒定或-最高压力。
溢流阀不光可以发挥安全阀的作用,还可以作为调压阀、卸荷阀、背压阀、平衡阀等用途。在系统中作为安全阀使用时,溢流阀为常闭状态,只在系统过载时才开启溢流,以-液压系统的最高压力,保护液压系统或机械结构;在节流阀调速系统中,溢流阀为常开状态,此时溢流阀为调压阀或定压阀,以保持系统的压力恒定。
按照结构不同,溢流阀分为直动式和先导式两种。先导式溢流阀与电磁换向阀复合可构成电磁溢流阀,先导式溢流阀与单向阀复合可构成卸荷溢流阀。
液压测试的目的
判断液压元件的好坏,需要液压试验与测试来验证,但应该把液压试验与测试当成实验科学的一部分来对待,而不是仅当作操作一个试验台、完成一个液压试验。所以,液压试验与测试必须弄清液压元件或系统的试验方法、试验中各种物理量的测量、测量信号的分析与处理,这是进行液压试验与测试的三个主要步骤。
