液压试验及测试总的趋势:

1、多电化体现在两个方面
(1)传感器、微电子、计算机技术支撑的检测与控制,以提高检测精度、控制性能为目标。
传感器的精度、动态性能、信号调理及采集系统的信噪比显著提高。
利用计算机的强大资源使原来由硬件实现的技术软件化,使得现代信号分析处理技术成为瞬态、非线性、突变信号强有力的分析工具,为液压产品的建模及动态补偿算法以及液压的动态参数“在线”实时高精度检测提供了技术基础。
测试系统的计算机化。一方面体现在测试系统广泛采用计算机和智能仪表或传感器;另一方面出现了小型化、便携式的液压测试仪器以及嵌入式的液压控制与检测设备,为液压设备的现场测试以及液压元件的在线可靠性评估和健康管理提供了一种选项。
