(1) pressure relief circuit
①果用方向阀的泄压回路如图 8-40(a)所示,在液压缸上腔的支路上并联一只两位两通电液换向阀成小型电磁阀1,当缸3下行时,1DT不通电。当主缸3下行完成压制保压等工作行程后,借助时间继电器使1DT先通电1- 38,使液压缸3上腔通油箱先进行泄压。当 液压缸上腔压力降至接近于零压时,再接通阀2(3DT通电)换向,使液压缸3上升回程,这样缸3上腔在回程前有一个能量先行释放的过程,不会再有炮鸣现象。
